It is changing now with content creators coming into the picture and helping users discover new products across millions of SKUs on thousands of eCommerce websites.

The way people shop is changing. People are discovering more and more products on social media. Content creators are the primary source of discovery since theyhave their audience’s trust and promise authenticity. But people don’t know where to buy the products their favorite content creators have displayed in their content.

What are we looking for
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Experience
- Formal training or relevant experience.
- A love for design and an ability to execute amazing design work.
Responsibilities
By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather insights through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.
- Develop design systems and maintain UI kits to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products. .
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion usability and accessibility principles.
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
Requirements and Skills
- Versatility, Experimentation, System thinking, Energy, Concept-driven design which is superbly crafted. Show significant brand identity and digital projects.
- Product executions executed from start to finish.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
