It all started with one question.

While leading design at Yodlee, Sanjay Raval found it surprisingly hard to hire strong design talent in India.

Frustrated by scattered solutions, he began reaching out to design peers, what started as DMs and coffee chats slowly took shape as a bigger idea.

As Sanjay took on freelance hiring projects, trust in his approach grew. Designers appreciated the care.
