The process is simple
You share your profile details with your latest resume and recent design work
Our team reviews it and determines if it’s a good fit for the role.
This is typically followed by a video call, to understand your expertise, your needs and goals.
If we see your profile matching with the roles we’re hiring for, we share your profile with the hiring team (design leads) and HR for the rest of the process which could include detailed portfolio discussion, interviews, design tests, etc.
We accompany you all the way from the application to the offer letter!
Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once. Although, we recommend only applying for jobs which truly match your skills, experience, and interests.
The entire process is completely free of cost.
In case none of the roles listed on our website matches with your profile, don’t worry! Just share your resume and profile details with us - we’ll make sure to get in touch with you as soon as we find an exciting opportunity which matches your skills and experience.
If your application matches the job requirements, we will reach out to you to schedule a conversation within a week of applying. If you haven’t heard from us about taking the process forward, it’s likely that we have gone ahead with other candidates for that particular job.
