About the role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to work on Marvin’s core AI product.

This is a full-stack product design role, from early exploration and problem framing to high-quality visual execution.

You’ll own product areas end-to-end and work closely with founders, product, and engineering.

It’s for someone who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and ownership.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design across key parts of Marvin’s AI platform.

• Design intuitive and elegant experiences.

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering on core product decisions.

• Translate ambiguity into clear, usable, and thoughtful solutions.

• Push visual and interaction quality to a very high bar.

• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Take real ownership, from idea to shipped experience.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products.

• A full-stack product designer, strong with product thinking, visual and interaction design.

• Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams.

• Comfortable working with opinionated teammates and defending ideas with clarity.

• Able to make quick, sensible decisions using fundamentals and judgment.

• A growth mindset and genuine passion for building great tech.
