About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer to lead design across two strategic products:
Pocket Toons, our video storytelling platform.
Blaze, our AI-powered content creation platform that enables creators to generate, edit, and publish high-quality stories, videos, andcreative assets using AI.
This role combines consumer product design with AI workflow design. You'll own the end-to-end user experience across both products while working closely with Product, Engineering, AI Research, Content, and Growth teams.
We're looking for someone who is deeply hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to design products where AI is a core part of the user experience, not just an added feature.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end design vision for Pocket Toons and Blaze.
Design intuitive consumer experiences that delight millions of users.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Scientists, and business stakeholders from idea to launch.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready specifications.
Lead user research, usability testing, and rapid design iterations.
Establish scalable design systems and interaction patterns across products.
Use product metrics, experimentation, and user insights to continuously improve user experience.
Contribute to product strategy through strong design thinking and customer empathy.
Mentor designers and help raise the overall design quality across the team.
What we're looking for
5 to 10 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and execution.
Proven experience designing consumer internet or mobile-first products at scale.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading large product initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products or workflows, with a strong understanding of how users interact with AI systems.
Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI copilots, AI agents, prompt engineering, generative AI experiences, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
Exceptional visual, interaction, and UX design skills.
Strong product thinking, problem-solving ability, and a data-informed approach to design decisions.
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to shape the future of storytelling and AI-powered content creation. You'll work on products used by millions of users while helping creators leverage AI to produce engaging content faster and more effectively.
You'll collaborate with world-class teams across Product, Engineering, AI, and Content, and play a key role in defining the next generation of entertainment experiences.
