About the role
We are seeking a Sr Staff / Staff Product Designer to join our Product Design team. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across our platform. You will own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to prototyping, visual design, and delivery—ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful and impactful.
As a Sr Staff / Staff Product Designer, you are not just a craftsperson—you are a strategic thinker who understands how to translate complex systems into simple, human-centered solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about solving real user problems through thoughtful design. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive clarity, alignment, and innovation across every stage of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilties
Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery across multiple product surfaces.
Translate complex systems into intuitive, elegant experiences for a diverse set of users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, define problems, and co-create solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, systems design, and polished UI work.
Craft: You set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and your work is seen as a benchmark by peers.
Systems Thinking: You’re comfortable designing for complex, interconnected systems and understand how to scale design across products.
User-Centered: You ground your work in research and data, and you’re passionate about solving real user problems.
Ownership: You’re proactive, self-directed, and excited to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
AI Fluency: You have experience designing AI-powered features or workflows, and understand how to make machine learning and automation feel intuitive, transparent, and valuable to users.
Preferred Experience
Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or data-heavy platforms.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
