What you'll do
Own product design projects: Drive the design of features and workflows end-to-end—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and polished execution.
Design for scale and clarity: Create intuitive, cohesive, and accessible product experiences that solve complex legal and business workflows with simplicity.
Contribute to design systems: Expand SpotDraft’s design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across our Legal OS Suite.
Leverage AI-first tools: Use emerging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0) to prototype, iterate, and accelerate workflows, raising the bar for speed and experimentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align on problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality features quickly.
Champion the user : Advocate for user needs by grounding design decisions in research, feedback, and data—while balancing business and technical constraints.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience in Product/UX Design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tools.
A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of product design work.
Solid interaction and visual design skills, with attention to detail and usability.
Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
Curiosity about (or experience with) AI design tools for prototyping and iteration.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
