Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end design process for Zluri’s platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong UI/UX skills, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless designs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance product usability.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform.
Create engaging visual designs, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities.
Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications.
Key skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience designing SaaS or enterprise products with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process, including user interviews, prototype discovery, design theory applications, interactive design, and showcasing mastery in design thinking.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision).
Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced product environments
