About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Designer to lead the design strategy and execution at Zolve, a fast-growing fintech innovator. You'll take ownership of creating exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms, driving design systems, and solving complex challenges in the cross-border financial services space. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative, user-centered products that redefine global banking.
Responsibilities
Strategic Design Leadership
Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.
User-Centric Design Expertise
Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations.
Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
Design Systems and Standards
Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Problem Solving at Scale
Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.
Experience: 7–9 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
